Bike Ride for the Two Lols

I have just completed a mammoth 1000 mile, 2 week cycle ride from London to Barcelona raising money in memory my two closest and dearest friends, Laurence Beresford and Lawrence Matz. Both of them went that extra mile in life and as I hoped, my epic journey inspired donations in line with the immense effort required to accomplish it.

Please take time to look at the PHOTOS and VIDEO of my arduous journey! A year of intense training helped me to the finishing line, but I still found it extremely difficult and painful, although, it has to be said, it cannot remotely compare with the pain and suffering that my two brave dear departed friends had to endure.

This site has been set up to log, not only the progress of the ride, but more importantly to bring awareness of the two fantastic charities I rode for. A huge THANK YOU for all your generous donations. For those who have not yet donated, it's not too late! Please do something amazing and support my efforts by making a donation so that others may have a better outcome than the two Lols. It would be so greatly appreciated.
